Well Tomorrow starts a new day and another attempt to eat better and loss weight. A few years ago I did this and the results were good. Dropped a pants size and felt better. It lasted about 8 months and then the weight started back. Today I weight the heaviest I've ever been and need to do it again. I used to walk every morning and use "My Fitness Pal" to help me watch my calories. I AM GOING TO DO IT Again.

I am not the best at writing daily but I will attempt to log my successes and failures and how tough those things are going to be.
